About the event

This refresher day has been organised for anyone delivering or assisting with Forest School that want to practise or update their practical skills!

We will be covering basic fire lighting and teaching of the six tool operations - cutting, sawing, drilling, splitting, whittling and carving.

CPD certificates for fire lighting and tool use are also available upon request.

Please do not bring your own tools, all equipment will be supplied. Please bring your own drinks, snacks and lunch and clothing to be prepared to spend the entire session outdoors.

This course will take place at Swanwick Lakes Nature Reserve situated between Southampton and Fareham in Hampshire.

Participants should be over 18.
