About the event

Join us at Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve for our afternoon pond dipping session.

Age 4+

Tickets are £5 each, no cost for attending adults. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

No equipment needed, we'll provide nets, trays, identification guides, microscopes and more. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to demonstrate how to safely dip in the pond and help you discover some amazing life hiding in the depths of the water!

Please meet at the back of the Education Centre for a 1:30pm start. Look out for the HIWWT flag.

Assistance dogs only

“Working” registered assistance dogs only. Visitors exercising their dog may do so only on the permissive path between Ivy & Rockford Lakes, accessed via the public footpath along the river from the Moyles Court New Forest car parks & the Avon Valley path
