Southern Car Storage, a company that specialises in high-quality, long term car storage, have raised over £20,000 for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust through customer donations.  

After raising over £6,000 for the Trust in 2024, Southern Car Storage hit their fundraising goal of £20,000 since 2021.  

As a company dedicated to supporting local biodiversity and wildlife, Southern Car Storage founder Alan Stacey set up a Just Giving page in 2021 to allow customers to donate to the Trust whilst also matching the donations. The original target of £3000 was quickly exceeded. 

After becoming a Corporate Member in 2023, Southern Car Storage went from strength to strength with their fundraising goals. In January, we celebrated Alan and the team raising £6,407 throughout 2024. This amazing effort brought the total raised to over £20,000 since the beginning of their fundraising campaign! 

We met Alan at Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve to discuss how his support is helping to preserve and restore wildlife across our nature reserves. These generous donations will continue to aid our mission to create a Wilder Hampshire & Isle of Wight by 2030. From restoring the Solent’s seagrass meadows to managing our 67 nature reserves, our supporters’ efforts are crucial in helping nature thrive across our two counties.
