About the event

10am - 12noon on Friday 25th April and 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd May.

You and your child will join our Forest School group for two hours each week over the five week programme, exploring, discovering, constructing, campfire cooking, playing and learning in the Swanwick Lakes woods. Each session will be flexible and based on the needs and interests of the children.

Activities and opportunities are linked to the seasons and our local wildlife, with the use of natural materials, tools and a range of resources available to inspire creativity, independence, resilience and confidence.

Drinks will be provided.

Online booking is essential - bookings close at 1pm on Wednesday 23rd April.

All participants must wear long sleeves, long trousers, sturdy shoes or boots, as well as come dressed for whatever the weather may be doing on each day.

This term there will also be an opportunity to participate in research on parental wellbeing for anyone who is interested in taking part. Simply select 'yes I am interested' on the order form to be sent further information, or 'no thank you' to opt out.
