Providing people with the opportunity to connect with the natural world is at the heart of what we do. We believe that equipping teachers and leaders with the skills and confidence to take groups outside is a key way this can be achieved. Our training programmes can help you develop new skills, or hone the ones you already have to provide children, young people and adults with the best possible outdoor experience.

INSET Training

INSET Training

We can provide National Curriculum-linked INSET training sessions for your school or college, helping you include the natural environment in your teaching programme and better use your grounds and local environment.

Full day (4+ hours): £500*
Half day (2 hours): £300*

*Mileage charges may apply

Forest School Experience Day

This half day experience course will give you practical, hands on experience of Forest School, ideal for anyone wanting to find out more about Forest School, especially those considering certified training in Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Forest School Level 2 and 3 training for Leaders

These courses are the nationally recognised standard of training for people wishing to lead and manage a Forest School programme. They will prepare you to assist at, and then set up your own Forest School provision, planning, delivering and monitoring all aspects of a Forest School Programme.

Outdoor Curriculum Leader L3 training

Continuous Professional Development

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is important for all practitioners and teachers, including Forest School leaders in order to reflect upon and develop your own practice.
