Notice of the 63rd Annual General Meeting of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust
To be held at Ashburton Hall, Elizabeth II Court, The Castle, Winchester SO23 8UJ (entrance via Sussex Street SO23 8TG) on Saturday 19 October 2024, 10am – 1pm
Our agenda starts at 10am and finishes at 1pm with complimentary refreshments served during the break.
As well as the formal AGM business, the meeting will include:

Presentations from the Trust’s Chief Executive, Debbie Tann MBE, and other staff, outlining our progress towards our Wilder 2030 goals as we approach the halfway point of the strategy and sharing highlights of the core work we do to protect and restore wildlife across our nature reserves

The chance to meet other Trust members and supporters, as well as trustees and staff
We would be delighted if you are able to join us in person for our AGM or if you’re unable to attend we would encourage you to participate by requesting and casting a postal proxy vote on the formal business.
Please book your place using the registration button below. Your details will be collected securely via an online form. Please note that places are limited and must be booked in advance by Sunday 13 October. If the meeting becomes fully booked before this date, we will close the bookings earlier. Non-members are very welcome to attend the AGM but will not be able to vote on the formal business of the meeting.

All members are very welcome to vote on the formal AGM business via proxy vote. If you would like to register for a postal proxy vote, please complete the online request form using the button below. Alternatively you can email us at agm@hiwwt.org.uk or call 01489 774400 and provide your name and address (including postcode) so that we can process your request. The deadline for requesting a proxy vote is Tuesday 17 September.

2022 AGM
The 61st Annual General Meeting of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust was held at Ashburton Hall, Elizabeth II Court, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ, on Saturday 5 November 2022, 10am - 1pm.

During the AGM members approved the minutes of the 60th Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022, the election of Rachel Coyle MBE and William Vine as Trustees, the re-election of Richard Green-Wilkinson and Lesley Kirk as Trustees, the approval of the Special Resolution to amend the Trust’s Articles of Association and the re-appointment of Azets as the Trust’s auditors. The meeting also saw the appointment of Megan McCubbin as the Trust’s President and Chris Packham as a Vice-President of the Trust.
2021 AGM
The 60th Annual General Meeting of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust was held online via a Zoom webinar on Tuesday 2 November 2021 at 7pm – 9pm.
