Catch Fabulous Fishcakes
Sourcing sustainable fish from along the South Coast, Catch is a regular favourite at farmers markets across Hampshire, and supplies wholesale to restaurant and shops across the South. Based at their new premises in Calshot, Catch is a small team manufacturing fishcakes, fish fingers and other fish deli products using locally sourced ingredients.
The Forest Foodie
Based in Lymington, The Forest Foodie deliver hampers and picnics packed with delicious New Forest and Hampshire produce to residents and visitors alike. The business prides itself in using ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients and offers hampers featuring fresh locally-caught seafood such as lobster and crab.
