Long term supporter of the Trust, Jo Inge Svensden, travelled all the way from Norway to his former home on the Isle of Wight to raise money in aid of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.
Jo spent his 60th birthday taking on the challenge of cycling 70 miles around the island and raised a huge £1139! The ride started in Niton at around 6am and through the blustery weather, he rode along the coast towards Totland Bay and then through Freshwater. He then took the ferry across from Cowes to East Cowes and smoothly continued through picturesque villages and towns such as Ryde, Bembridge, Sandown and Shanklin, where he was cheered on by many family members, old friends, and local residents to help him reach the finish back in Niton.
