We're looking for a Volunteer Site Warden to visit Arreton Down at least once per week and monitor dog fouling, engage with visitors and promote the work of the trust on site.

Tasks Involved in Role: 

  • Promote the work of the Trust on site
  • Engage with visitors
  • Monitor dog fouling 

Skills and Abilities Needed:

Essential:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
  • Have an interest in the natural world.
  • Physically fit enough to complete tasks required.

Desirable:

  • Practical skills.
  • Experience of using power tools.
  • Previous experience in the nature conservation sector.
